Hired to plan and manage the data migration of an old ERP system to NAV 2016.

The old ERP was used only as an accounting system. This required a redesign of all the processes to integrate the new solution in other parts of the business (Finance, Logistic, Warehousing, Procurement).

  • Working with Finance and Logistic departments (6 users in total) to define project scope and objectives.
  • Meeting with project teams to review deliverables and deadlines.
  • Analysing ‘As-Is’ processes and defining ‘To-Be’ as a result of detailed user stories.
  • Defining technical solutions for the implementation of the new system.
  • Analysing, documenting, testing and implementing software migration.
  • Producing test plans and scenarios on behalf of the business.
  • Training finance and operation users to be able to use the software to its full potential.
  • Participating in user acceptance testing programs.
  • Reducing 70% in paper consumption due to the digital transformation of all the documents used in the business.
  • Writing procedures manuals and system documentation.
