Providing Microsoft Dynamic NAV (NAV 2009 – NAV 2015) consultancy and support to key users from over 60 different companies.

Duties:

  • Collecting, defining and documenting business and technology requirements.
  • Change requests, budget estimating and quoting.
  • Testing software before release into live.
  • Debugging issues, communicating them to the development team.
  • Developing analysis and internal reporting (Jet Report and SSAS Microsoft).
  • Providing 2nd & 3rd line customer support within agreed contract terms.
  • Logging and assigning all incoming issues for investigation.
  • Ensuring the resolution of issues meets customer expectations or SLA.
