Microsoft Dynamics NAV System Support

Providing advice and practical assistance to system users (~250 users) and stores (110 in the UK – 20 international) in a fast-paced and dynamic Retail environment.

Duties:

  • Supporting managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities.
  • Assisting internal departments in various projects to improve productivity of business processes.
  • Working closely with software suppliers and Microsoft Gold Partner to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitoring the interface (Nav-to-Net) between the website and NAV to ensure the accuracy of pricing and stock.
  • Applying fixes and new functionality to the system following the ITIL framework (CAB – Change Advisory Board).
  • Opening new stores providing the technology necessary to run the business (Server – POS – Card readers etc.).
  • Creating and updating detailed procedures necessary for the 1st line support team to fix known issues in stores.
